Nuqta – Geometric Abstract Art in Abu Dhabi (Gold Leaf & Sand)

Nuqta starts from the dot: how a minimal element can unfold into rhythm, form and structure. I painted it in response to the dialogue between the Bauhaus and Arab modernism. Sand and gold leaf come last, for texture and light.

Top 10 finalist, The Art Circle Award 2025 (100 applicants). Exhibited at the Bassam Freiha Art Foundation, Abu Dhabi, in Story of a Dot (2025).
